Financial Support for the study abroad
A limited number of EM+ grants (about 200 EUR per month) is available for the study abroad.
If students decide to study abroad they may apply for this support upon official registration.
The following documents must be issued, signed and submitted by email to the Erasmus coordinator of the faculty (Dr. Holger Heidrich) UNTIL 15 November / 30 April:
- Student Application Form (the form can be provided by the CL-secretary)
- CV
- Copy of the highest BSc degree and Transcript of Records
- Two copies of the Learning Agreement (without signature by the institution!, the form can be provided by the CL-secretary).
- The Learning Agreement must be issued by the student beforehand and signed by the head of the examination board. It makes sure that the study results achieved at the partner university will be recognized at TUD after return. Questions about the modules should be discussed with Prof. Hoelldobler during his office hours.
All documents and contact information are available from the Erasmus co-ordinator's web page (in German language, only).
After acceptance:
- The form Declaration of Acceptance (Annahmeerklaerung fuer Erasmus-Mobilitaetsbeihilfe) (access via "internal area") must be completed (click "Start Bewerberportal") and sent by email to the co-ordinator of the faculty.
- Afterwards, students must contact the partner university and submit the requested documents asap.
