ICCL at the Night of Science
At the very start of July, researchers of the Knowledge Systems group will twice in a row exciting new research results to the general public: on 2nd July at OUTPUT.DD, the annual project fair of the Department of Computer Science, and on 3rd July at the Dresdner Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften (Night of Science).
The presentations will focus on the group's work on Wikidata, the free knowledge base of Wikipedia. At OUTPUT, Markus Krötzsch, Michael Günther and Georg Wild will be demonstrating life applications. For the Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften, Krötzsch is a guest at the demonstration of the Dresden Wikipedia members, who will be presenting their work starting 6 p.m. in the Technische Sammlungen at Pohlandplatz.
