The last researches in Semantic Web vision gave possibility to develop new standards such as OWL, RDF/S, SPARQL etc. While these standards provide all technical infrastructure, together with theoretical support of Description Logic, software developers have little guidance on how to build real-world Semantic Web applications. Based on some real world example, has been implemented a Semantic Web application. In this work is given some ideas on a software architecture and a development methodology for Web services for the Semantic Web. This architecture is driven by formal domain model (an ontology). The methodology applies best practices from agile development technics, including the latest web tools used to build the most modern applications, together with implementation of technics which provide the best user interface (for Desktop and Mobile devices), high speed of processing data and many other things. Paper illustrates how these techniques can be put into practice using the modern Semantic Web development tools such as OWL API, Semantic Web reasoners, SPARQL DL API, and indicate future possibilities
