Sebastian Rudolph wins Angry Birds competition at AI conference

Sebastian Rudolph has achieved the highest score among all human participants of the Angry Birds AI Competition 2017. He is thereby saving the honour of mankind, which remains undefeated by artificial intelligence in this popular artillery game. The Angry Birds AI Competition is an annual event where international teams are competing in developing intelligent agents for playing Angry Birds. The 2017 edition has been co-located with the International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI 2017) in Melbourne, Australia. As opposed to chess, Go, and Jeopardy, Angry Birds so far has been dominated by human players.
