This template is used to display a single row in a table with lecture dates.
Usage:

| 3= Start date (and time, but we only use the date) in ISO format
| 4=Doppelstunde (can be 'terminlos', e.g., for courses with multiple exercise sessions)
| 5=Room (can be an external link)
| 6=Download file names (can be a list with , as separator)
| 7=Video links (can be a list with , as separator)
| 8=Color code for row
| #userparam="/en" (English) or empty (German)
