Living Costs
Students have to pay a registration or service fee (called Semesterbeitrag) of currently approx. EUR 260 per semester which includes a ticket for Dresden's public transport network. In general, living costs in Dresden are relatively low as compared to other German cities. Students may expect monthly expenses of minimum EUR 650 - 700. This will cover the following:
