Lukas Gerlach awarded with the Lohrmann Medal
In every year, the TU Dresden gives an award ceremony for the best graduates.
In this process, each faculty nominates a selection of their best students to be honored in a solemn festivity for outstanding performance in their study program. As a special award, one person of each faculty receives the Lohrmann Medal.
For the graduate year 2021/22 in the computer science faculty, the Lohrmann Medal is awarded to Lukas Gerlach. Lukas joined the Knowledge-Based Systems group at ICCL as a research associate and PhD student right after finishing his Diploma studies. He already absolved large parts of his courses with the group including his final thesis.
