Semantic MediaWiki is an extension to the … Semantic MediaWiki is an extension to the MediaWiki software that enables users to query the knowledge within the wiki, helps maintaining and checking the quality of the wiki-content, and offers novel ways to browse and display the information. After two years of development, Semantic MediaWiki today empowers numerous websites in many languages. Recent tests on a full copy of English Wikipedia give an impression of the novel possibilities and yield first performance estimates.
